I was really hoping to be further along in the project right now, but the talented individuals who have brought the visuals to life in this endeavor have other things taking up their time. Not that I blame them. This is a fan project after all. If anyone would like to contribute, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Is there any Demo to try the game out ? :)

ReplyDeleteThis looked so promising! Is this project dead? I would have loved to play this!!!
ReplyDeleteHello.
ReplyDeleteMy name is Rodrigo Muñoz.
I just discovered your Zelda project today. I was guided here by your Castlevania II revamped game. I am impressed for what you have done, and I feel a true and sincere respect for your work.
I did just find out you were looking people to help you with the creation of sprites some time ago. I hope it is not too late, and you are still willing to finish this project.
I am a graphic designer, and I work as a product designer. I am also a 2 and 3D artist and a photoshop expert.
I have absolutely zero experience in the creation of sprites, but I am confident that I can pull it off to your complete satisfaction if you can tell me the exact parameters I need to match for you.
Here is my mail: observador.celeste@gmail.com
If you are still interested in help, please do not hesitate to contact me, I remain at your service.
Even if your Zelda project is abandoned, I would like to thank you sincerely for the time and effort you invested in this and in your Castlevania II project. It has been a true pleasure to play it.
Wow, it seems like multiple people are willing to help. Such a shame the project has been dead for at least four years.
ReplyDeleteI feel like the real reason the sprite artists left is because of Nintendo's involvement- likely with a cease and desist letter.
ReplyDeleteJust ignore Nintendo. Problem solved.
