Project stalled... Need Sprite Artists!!!

I was really hoping to be further along in the project right now, but the talented individuals who have brought the visuals to life in this endeavor have other things taking up their time. Not that I blame them. This is a fan project after all. If anyone would like to contribute, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Cranking out the sprites!

Our newest member, Strawzz has been working tirelessly making new sprites. I am hoping to have a new video to share very soon.

We can't wait to showcase some of these enemies as well as some of Link's new abilities/ subweapons.

Gathering the troops

We welcomed a new sprite artist to our project this week. We now have octorocks added to our sprites with many more on the way! With that latest artist, it brings our team to a total of 3 people!

As the developer, I spent some time this week updating a lot of the code in the project to conform to the latest version of GameMaker Studio. It has been a bit of a pain, but I know in the end it will make the game run smoother and more efficient.

We are also hoping to have a new logo soon.

This week's progress

Most of the progress this week was rediscovering where we were in the process and where we need to go. I'm working on finishing up the island palace now. There is a lot to get done still and I'm hoping I will have some enemies to program soon (other than bits and bots).

We're gearing things up again!


I'm hoping to get this Zelda 2 remake project off the ground after a long slumber. I still need some volunteer artists, but as the developer I am going to keep doing my part.

Let's see how far we can go!
